Recycled LDPE Flakes
Our 100% pure Recycled LDPE (rLDPE) Granules are produced from carefully processed post-consumer and post-industrial LDPE plastic waste, ensuring a high-quality, eco-friendly material.

About rLDPE Flakes
Recycle Low-Density Polyethylene is a soft, flexible, and lightweight plastic material that is made from post-consumer and post-industrial low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic waste. It is known for its flexibility, durability, chemical resistance, and UV resistance. LDPE is commonly found in such items like plastic bags, films, and flexible packaging. rLDPE is formed through an eco-friendly recycling process that involves collecting used LDPE plastics, cleaning and reprocessing them to create new granules.

Recycled LDPE Granules Production Process

Collection
Gather used LDPE plastic waste, including plastic films, bags, bottles, and packaging materials, from multiple sources. These materials form the base for the recycling process.
1

Prewashing & Contaminant Removal
Clean and wash the collected LDPE waste to remove dirt, dust, labels, adhesives, and other contaminants, ensuring high-quality material for recycling.
2

Polymer Sorting
Sort the cleaned LDPE from other plastics using automated systems and manual checks, ensuring that only LDPE material is processed.
3

Shredding
Shred the sorted LDPE into small, uniform flakes to facilitate easier processing and to make the material suitable for melting.
4

Extrusion & Melting
Melt the shredded LDPE flakes in an extruder, heating them to a molten state and forcing them through a die to form granules.
5

Granule Cooling & Sorting
Cool the molten LDPE into solid granules and sort them by size and quality to ensure only high-quality rLDPE granules remain.

Benifits of Recycled rLDPE Flakes
Energy and Resource Efficiency
Recycling rLDPE uses less energy and resources than producing new plastic.
Reduces Plastic Waste
Helps divert LDPE from landfills and oceans, cutting down on plastic pollution.
Supports Circular Economy
Recycled LDPE is reused in manufacturing, reducing the need for virgin plastic.
Versatile Applications
rLDPE flakes are ideal for packaging, agricultural films, and plastic bags, offering sustainable solutions across industries.
